A Human Rights Court has adjourned to July 23, 2025, an application seeking to strike out suspended Chief Justice Gertrude Sackey Torkornoo's judicial review.
The adjournment followed submissions by State Attorney Reginald Odoi, who informed the Court that the Attorney-General, Dr Dominic Ayine, and his deputy, Dr Justice Srem-Sai, were outside the jurisdiction on national assignment.
Odoi requested an adjournment and noted that the Chief Justice's legal team had been informed.
