Italian-born Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Gyabuaa has completed a season-long loan move to Serie B newcomers US Avellino from Serie A outfit Atalanta BC.
The 23-year-old joins the Biancoverdi in search of regular first-team football after previously spending time on loan at Perugia and Pescara.
Gyabuaa, a product of the youth academies of Parma and Atalanta, has amassed 114 appearances across Italy's top three divisions and domestic cup competitions.
Despite his strong ties to Italy, the dynamic midfielder remains eligible to represent Ghan at the international level, courtesy of his Ghanaian heritage.
