Suzzy Pinamang, the young student at the center of a shooting incident at Adventist Senior High School, where a classmate accidentally discharged a firearm, hitting her in the eye, has successfully undergone surgery.
In a video update shared on Thursday, June 26, 2025, by the special aide to CEO and Founder of Engineers and Planners Limited and Dzata Cement Ltd, Suzzy Pinamang was seen in good health, moving about independently without assistance.
The footage also showed doctors at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the United Kingdom conducting eye tests to assess her recovery following surgery.
Sharing further updates, Rafik Mahama stated that Suzzy is on the path to full recovery. "I am pleased to announce that Suzzy Adwoa Pinamang successfully underwent her scheduled eye surgery on June 2, 2025, at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the United Kingdom, one of the world's leading and most renowned eye hospitals.
