The stage is set for the much-anticipated address by suspended Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo.
Torkornoo, who is being investigated by a five-member committee following the establishment of a prima facie case based on petitions alleging misconduct, is making history as the first suspended Chief Justice to address the nation while under investigation.
Present at the event, which is taking place at the Holiday Inn Hotel, is her husband, Francis Torkornoo, who is there to show his support.
