Private Legal Practitioner and former Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseini, has dismissed concerns raised by suspended Chief Justice, Gertrude Torkornoo over the venue of the ongoing inquiry into her potential removal from office.

This comes in the wake of Justice Torkornoo's press briefing, where she suggested that the choice of venue was an attempt to intimidate her, citing its historical association with the murder of some High Court judges in 1982.

Justice Torkornoo had also revealed that one Major Sam Acquah, who was also murdered during the incident, was her uncle and guardian.

Speaking in an interview on Channel One Newsroom, Inusah Fuseini disagreed with the Chief Justice's assertions, stating that the venue in question is a functional public facility, and her claims were emotionally driven but legally irrelevant.
