The ongoing feud between Ghanaian music duo DopeNation and their former label mate Kuami Eugene has reignited, and this time, the tensions are higher than ever.
The rift began after DopeNation threw shade at Kuami Eugene in a cheeky social media post, following comments made by their former label boss, Richie Mensah.
In an interview on Hitz FM, Mensah officially confirmed Kuami Eugene's departure from Lynx Entertainment, where DopeNation and Kuami Eugene had all started their careers.
In their post, DopeNation wished their former labelmate success in overcoming the so-called 'Lynx curse', a belief among fans that artists who leave the label often struggle to create hit songs and maintain their relevance in the Ghanaian music scene.
