The Director of Research at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) Dr John Kwakye has welcomed the the formation of the seven-member National Economic Dialogue (NED) Planning Committee chaired by Dr Ishmael Yamson by President John Dramani Mahama.  Dr Kwakye expresses the view that the economic dialogue will allow a broad consensus on the way forward for Ghana's economy towards avoiding the periodic crises and positioning the country beyond debt and International Monetary Fund (IMF) bailouts.
