Daasebere Otuo Siriboe II, the paramount chief of Juaben has expressed deep gratitude to the government for naming a model STEM school after him.
At a ceremony, which coincided with a visit from Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP's flagbearer, it was an opportunity for the chief to reflect on this prestigious honour.
In a heartfelt address during a durbar held in his honour with a sense of humility, the second-longest reigning Chief in the Asante Kingdom acknowledged how significant it was to receive such recognition while still alive.
He told his subjects, "It means so much to me that this honour is being given to me today, not after I am gone.
