A former Local Government Minister under ex-President Kufuor's government, Kojo Adjei Darko, has taken a swipe at the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Without mincing words, he lambasted the NDC, especially their presidential candidate, former President John Mahama, for focusing solely on food during their political campaign.

According to him, whilst the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is campaigning about important issues such as the economy, health, roads, job creation, and others, the NDC is doing the contrary.Adjei Darko, who is also the former NPP Member of Parliament (MP) for Sunyani West in the Bono Region, stated that everything shows that the NDC is not ready to manage the affairs of the country.

In this regard, he implored the electorates to vote massively for Alhaji Dr Mahamadu Bawumia, the NPP presidential candidate, since he has proven to have what it takes to lead the country."Man must not live by bread alone.
