JOB PURPOSE
The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with architects, developers, contractors and business owners and drive company sales.

The role reports to the Managing Director.

ROLE SPECIFIC
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share within assigned regions and sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Promote and launch new products to drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing and leadership team.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review

Requirements

Required Skills or Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven sales or business development experience, preferably in contract management, project management or property development on a senior level.
  • Demonstrated success in selling products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and IT literacy

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to enjoy a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Good relationship-building skills.
