Marketing Director at Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited

The Role

• Lead and drive the company’s  marketing strategy, brand growth, product penetration, market expansion and overall marketing performance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans
• Lead brand, product and portfolio management
• Drive market growth, product penetration and brand awareness
• Oversee market research, campaigns, digital marketing and communication
• Identify new market opportunities and drive product launches
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and team performance
• Collaborate with Sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain and other functions
• Ensure compliance with FDA requirements and applicable pharmaceutical regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Communications or related field
• MBA/Master’s degree or professional marketing certification is an advantage
• 8 to 10 years marketing experience, including 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries, pharmaceutical/healthcare experience preferred
• Proven experience in brand/product management, market development and product launches
• Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market and pharmaceutical regulatory environment is an advantage
