Zamfara govt approves contract for 53km Gusau-Jauri-Dogon-Kade-Nasarawar Mailayi-Nasarawar Godel road
The Zamfara State Executive Council presided over by Governor Dauda Lawal, has approved the award of contract for the construction of the 53-kilometre Gusau–Jauri–Dogon Kade–Nasarawar Mailayi–Nasarawar Godel Road.
The approval underscores Governor Dauda Lawal’s commitment to the Rescue Mission of Zamfara State by improving road infrastructure, strengthening connectivity, securing lives and opening up markets and opportunities for the people.5-metre shoulders on each side, a 40mm wearing course, three major bridges, box, pipe and triple-cell culverts, road furniture, traffic signs and road markings, as well as all ancillary works required for the completion and commissioning of the road.
