SIM Card Re-Registration Exercise: Ras Kuuku Says He Will Sue MTN If They Disconnect His SIM Card

Ras Kuuku has stated that he will sue MTN if they disconnect his SIM card.

The reggae/dancehall artiste revealed in an interview that he has not participated in the latest SIM card re-registration exercise.

He said there is a contract between him and MTN since he registered his SIM card when he purchased it for the first time.

I have a contract with MTN,” Ras Kuuku told Docta Kay on Nkran Kwanso on Accra100.5FM.

He added: “Once they disconnect me, I’ll sue MTN because we have a contract, the contract has not been revoked, so why will you disconnect me when I purchased and used my ID to register the number?”

Meanwhile, the SIM card re-registration exercise deadline has been extended to September 30, 2022.
