GCB Bank appointed to committees for Ghana’s participation in global trade exhibitions

In a related development, the Bank has nominated Aurelia Baaba Ofori Odame, Head of its State-Owned Enterprises and Afro-Asia Banking Department, to represent it on the National Planning Committee for Ghana's participation in the China International Import Expo 2026, the Specialised World Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia, and the Green X Expo 2027 in Yokohama, Japan.

GCB Bank has been appointed to the National Planning Committee and several technical sub-committees overseeing Ghana's participation in the 9th China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026.

GCB Bank says it has expanded its support for international trade in recent years through its Africa and Asia Corridor strategy by providing financial services, facilitating business partnerships and supporting exporters seeking access to regional and international markets.
