BOGISS defilement case; 72-year-old security guard lured student with cell phone

Details emerging from the case involving the two security guards at the Bolgatanga Girls' Senior High School (BOGISS) who are said to have defiled a 14-year-old student with special needs, indicate that they lured her by purchasing an Itel keypad mobile phone for her.

Alleged encounters within school The prosecution said that during further questioning, the student allegedly disclosed that the two accused persons had sexual intercourse with her at different locations within the school.

The acts by the two security guards were uncovered after the student was found using the mobile phone on the school compound and was questioned by the school's Dean of Discipline about how she acquired it.
