The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has said that if voted into power, he will not legalize LGBTQ.
During one of his campaign tours in Awutu Senya in the Central Region, Dr Bawumia assured the gathered crowd which included the chiefs of the community that if voted into power he would never legalize LGBT.
According to him, the practice of the LGBTQ is not a biblical or a Quran-accepted practice.
He said Christians, Muslims and Traditional believers frown on the practice hence he will not legalize it when voted into power.
