Mohammed Kudus and Thomas Partey will square off in this season's UEFA Champions League after Tottenham Hotspur paired Villareal in the draw held on Thursday in Monaco. Both players who joined their respective clubs in the summer transfer window will renew their club rivalry when Villareal travel to London to face the Europa League winners.
Kudus and Partey have had interesting encounters in the past when Partey played for Arsenal in England.
While the two Ghana teammates relish the upcoming game, Spurs will also face Borussia Dortmund, Slavia Prague and FC Copenhagen at home.
The English club will travel to France to face European champions Paris Saint Germain and draw hosts AS Monoca.
