The Black Starlets have stepped up their preparations for the upcoming WAFU Zone B U-17 Championship, relocating their training camp to the University of Ghana in Legon as they gear up for the September tournament in Côte d'Ivoire.

The team, led by the technical staff, is currently training at the University of Ghana Stadium Annex after beginning their pre-tournament programme at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

The move is aimed at sharpening the squad's readiness with improved facilities and tactical drills.

Originally scheduled to take place in Nigeria, the competition will now be staged in Côte d'Ivoire and will bring together some of the region's strongest sides, including Burkina Faso, Niger, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, and the hosts.
