The elders of Djetsorkope, a community within the Osudoku Traditional Area of the Greater Accra Region, have formally introduced their newly installed chief, Nene Natey Djetsor, to the Osudoku Traditional Council in a grand ceremony marked by rich cultural displays, heartfelt speeches, and a renewed call for unity and development.
The ceremony, held at the Osudoku Traditional Council's seat in Osuwem, drew a large and diverse gathering of traditional leaders, queen mothers, elders, opinion leaders, and residents from across the Osudoku area.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement and pride as community members came together to witness the formal acknowledgement of their new traditional ruler.
The presentation of the new chief is a critical part of the chieftaincy institution in Ghana, symbolising both legitimacy and allegiance to the traditional council.
