Bismark Ampofo's dismissal proved a turning point as FC Inter Turku fell 2-1 to KuPS in their Veikkausliiga opener at Väre Areena on Sunday.

The 3,314 fans had to wait until the 58th minute for the breakthrough when Antoin Essomba finished from close range after Jean Botué's smart assist, giving Inter Turku a surprise lead.
But just three minutes later, Inter's afternoon unraveled.
