"The Courts have the power to vacate their orders if they go contrary to the notions of justice.

In the light of the above reasons, I humbly vacate the order which gave leave to the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor to recover possession of the immovable property subject of the judgment delivered by the Court on 8th March, 2024.
