Accra Hearts of Oak have concluded a four-day intensive training programme at the military combat school in Teshie, designed to strengthen the team's physical and mental fortitude ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The exercise, supervised by military personnel and initiated by the club's technical team, focused on instilling resilience, discipline, and endurance in the squad.

Players were subjected to a series of physically demanding drills, receiving close instruction from seasoned trainers at the facility.

The military officers expressed satisfaction with the players' commitment and work ethic throughout the camp.
