Ghanaian midfielder Rahim Ibrahim stole the spotlight with a goal as Slovan Bratislava cruised to a 4-1 win over Zeleziarne Podbrezova in Round 2 of the Slovak Fortuna Liga on Saturday evening.
Playing at home in Tehelné pole, Slovan started strong, taking the lead in the 10th minute through David Strelec.
Podbrezova hit back through Matus Marcin, but a penalty from Tigran Barseghyan just before the break gave the hosts a 2-1 lead.
Rahim Ibrahim, full of energy and purpose, impressed the fans with his movement and ball control.
