Member of Parliament for Salaga South, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has held a productive meeting at her residence in Kpembe with the Coalition of Salaga Youth Group and traditional authority leaders to address key developmental challenges in the constituency.

The engagement, part of the MP's efforts to foster collaboration with community stakeholders, focused on critical issues including electricity, water, sanitation, youth unemployment, the abandoned 60-bed Euroget Salaga District Hospital, and the deplorable state of roads.

On electricity, the youth and traditional leaders shared insights from their meeting with the Northern Regional NEDCo Director and a visit to Bimbilla.

Hajia Zuwera acknowledged the impact of power outages and assured that the recently completed Datoyili substation, currently under testing, will soon connect Salaga.
