Asante Kotoko coach, Abdul Karim Zito, has commended Hearts of Oak coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, describing him as one of the best coaches in the country. His remarks follow after the Porcupine Warriors recorded a 2-1 win against their bitterest rivals on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in the 2025 President's Cup.
Didi Dramani, who replaced Aboubakar Ouattara on a two-year deal ahead of the new football season, was hoping to lift his first trophy.
Despite losing the game, Karim Zito has praised the former Black Stars assistant coach, touting his intelligence about the game. "Didi Dramani is one of the best coaches in the country," he told Asempa FM. "He is tactically and psychologically sound, and he is someone who reads and understands the game well," he added.
Hamza Issah broke the deadlock for the Phobian Club, but two quick goals in the second half from Peter Acquah Amidu and Kwame Opoku sealed the win for Asante Kotoko.
