The Dansoman Circuit Court, on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, heard the $3 million fraud case involving the Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the (NDC), Emmanuel Ashie Moore, and Singaporean businessman Toh You Kang.
The Singaporean businessman is accused of defrauding the NDC Greater Accra Regional Chairman of $3 million.
The court, after hearing arguments from the lawyers representing the parties in the case, adjourned it to July 31, 2025.
The case was adjourned to allow the Attorney General's Department to offer legal advice on the case docket.
