The Tema Regional Police Command has arrested seven individuals in connection with a robbery incident at Ashaiman's Sakaska Park and Dagomba Junction in the Greater Accra Region.

According to a statement signed by Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Dede Dzakpasu, Head of the Public Affairs Unit for the Tema Region, the suspects attacked and robbed several victims at gunpoint, making away with mobile phones, electronic devices, and cash.

Initial investigations revealed that the group of assailants stole an iPhone 12 Pro Max, a Samsung A03 Core, an Infinix Hot 40i, and a backpack containing a Dell laptop with its charger, a power bank, and an unspecified amount of money.

The Police, with assistance from members of the public, apprehended two suspects-Moses Kwame Helu and Jonathan Osabutey-at the scene shortly after the attack.
