The Appointments Committee of Parliament continues the vetting of the seven Justices nominated by President John Dramani Mahama for consideration and approval to the Supreme Court, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
Three of the nominees - Justice Senyo Dzamefe, Justice Sir Dennis Dominic Adjei, and Justice Gbiel Simon Suurbaareh - were vetted by the committee on Monday, June 16, 2025.
The remaining four nominees - Justice Philip Bright Mensah, Justice Janapare Adzua Bartels-Kodwo, Justice Hafisata Amaleboba, and Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo - are expected to be vetted between Tuesday and Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
