Presidential Advisor for the 24-Hour Economy, Goosie Obuadum Tanoh, has called on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to seize the current political moment to rebuild the party from the ground up and restore its founding values of probity, accountability, social justice, and participatory democracy.

Tanoh said the NDC must resist the temptation to become complacent in the face of the ruling NPP's decline and instead recommit to serving the needs of ordinary Ghanaians. "NDC has a unique opportunity as a party now to deepen our own quest…We must not make the mistake of thinking that our impressive mandate or the ongoing collapse of the NPP is a licence to descend into greed and arrogant elitism," he stated.
