No casualties or injuries were recorded during last Wednesday night's unfortunate fire incident that gutted a row of buildings at Maaha Beach Resort in Beyin, Western Region.
All guests and personnel present were promptly and efficiently evacuated to safety after the necessary emergency protocols were kicked into action.
Management extends its deepest appreciation to the emergency responders and community members who assisted in containing the fire and ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
The fire incident started at approximately 8:00 PM, and resulted in one row out of our 25 structures being razed down despite swift intervention by emergency services and our internal safety team.Originating from another nearby hospitality facility, the blaze rapidly spread due to high directional coastal winds, affecting the block closest to the demarcating fence wall within close proximity to both premises.
