Media personality Okatakyie Afrifa has made explosive claims against Anne Sansa Daly, a newly appointed member of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) board, alleging her involvement in a network of blackmail, forged credentials, and political manipulation.
Appearing on Paul Adom-Otchere's Good Evening Ghana, Afrifa asserted that Daly-whom he referred to as "a smart woman using her intelligence for the wrong things"-is not a qualified medical doctor as portrayed, but someone who allegedly faked her credentials to ascend to high-profile political appointments. "This is somebody whose stock in trade is to edit documents… all those certificates are fake," Afrifa claimed, adding that Daly has posed as a medical professional while working her way into influential political spaces.
Afrifa further alleged that Daly was part of a criminal syndicate linked to controversial US-based political commentator Kevin Taylor, who he said appointed her to the NHIA board by proxy. "That position is more or less a reserved position for Kevin Taylor… He gave her power of attorney to receive appointments on his behalf," Afrifa disclosed, claiming the move was made to circumvent Taylor's inability to physically hold a government position in Ghana due to an outstanding warrant.
Afrifa also claimed that Daly was present on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign trail, posing as a medical aide to former President John Dramani Mahama.
