The Supreme Court of Ghana has, in a unanimous decision, dismissed an injunction application filed by the suspended Chief Justice, Gertrude Araba Sackey Torkornoo, seeking to halt the work of the Pwamang Committee, which is considering three petitions for her removal.
The court in its ruling argued that there was no merit in the application.
