The Supreme Court, led by Acting Chief Justice Baffoe-Bonnie, has, in a majority decision, dismissed a suit seeking an interlocutory injunction against the five-member committee chaired by Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang.
The committee, tasked with inquiring into the three petitions filed against Gertrude Torkornoo, was instituted by President following the determination of a prima facie case against her.
It is led by Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang and includes Justice Samuel Kwame Adibu-Asiedu, , Major Flora Bazaanura Dalugo, and Professor James Sefah Dzisah.
