Ghana's Constitution Review Committee has so far held exclusive consultations with some of the country's most revered statesmen as part of its Eminent Person Engagements aimed at gathering high-level insight into possible amendments to the 1992 Constitution.

Leading the charge was President John Dramani Mahama, whose administration initiated and is currently overseeing the review process.

As sitting President, Mahama's appearance before the Committee set the tone for the national exercise, where he emphasized the need for a more accountable, transparent, and inclusive constitutional framework that meets the evolving demands of governance.

Former President John Agyekum Kufuor also engaged with the Committee, lending his wealth of experience as a two-term president and constitutional statesman.
