Renowned Ghanaian broadcaster and DJ, Andy Dosty, is charting a new path at Hitz FM as he transitions from the station's morning show to a brand-new afternoon programme.
After a decade of energizing early risers with Daybreak Hitz, Andy is stepping back for personal and health reasons, but not stepping away. His departure was officially announced during a live conversation with Doreen Avio and Kwame Dadzie on Monday, 30th June 2025.
The popular media personality described the move as both emotional and necessary.
He cited the strain of early mornings as a key reason for the change, explaining,"It's a bittersweet experience that I have to leave but I am not going too far," he said. "I am only leaving Daybreak Hitz.
