The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has clarified that only three polling station results are yet to be declared in the Ablekuma North constituency, contrary to claims that 63 remain unaccounted for.

This comes on the back of claims by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) that there are dozens of unaccounted-for polling station results in the Ablekuma North constituency, for which reason, there should be a rerun of the parliamentary elections.

Ablekuma North remains the only constituency without a Member of Parliament, months after the 2024 general elections, due to unresolved disputes surrounding the outcome of the parliamentary vote.

Speaking on Channel One TV on Saturday, May 10, 2025, the NPP's Greater Accra Regional Secretary, Daniel Parker Odarlai, dismissed reports suggesting that 63 polling station results were outstanding. "It is not correct that there are 63 outstanding Pink Sheets polling station results.
