Speaking at the World Press Freedom Day event in Accra last Friday, Chairman of KGL Group, Mr Alex Adadey, delivered a strong message of support and collaboration between Corporate Ghana and the media fraternity.
Addressing a distinguished audience, including President John Dramani Mahama, diplomats, and media leaders, Mr Adadey emphasized the critical role of a vibrant and independent press in a thriving democracy.
Mr Adadey conveyed heartfelt greetings from Corporate Ghana to the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) and all media professionals, highlighting the day as a celebration of courage and a moment of reflection on the sacrifices made by journalists.
He underscored the shared responsibility in safeguarding press freedom in Ghana's evolving democratic landscape.
