The Supreme Court has overruled an objection raised by Lawyer Godfred Yeboah Dame, allowing Acting Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie to preside over the injunction application challenging the removal process of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo.

Dame argued that the Acting CJ should not oversee the case, claiming he stands to benefit personally from the court's ruling.

However, Deputy Attorney General Dr.

Justice Srem Sai countered that the objection was based on a misconception.
