Former Majority Leader Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu has urged members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to focus on marketing their candidate rather than peddling lies about their opponents.
According to him, lies will not win the contest but will further divide the political party, which is currently rebuilding after a heavy defeat in the 2024 elections.
He made this known while debunking some comments attributed to him on the victims of the August 6 helicopter crash. "I have always said that when you get the opportunity, sell your candidate.
Tell the people what your candidate is capable of, and do not tell lies about people.
