Ghana captain Jordan Ayew came back to haunt his Black Stars teammate Kamaldeen Sulemana, scoring a crucial goal in Leicester City's dominant win over struggling Southampton in the Premier League.

Ayew struck Leicester's second just before half-time at the King Power Stadium, sealing a commanding first-half performance and leaving Southampton-Kamaldeen's side-reeling yet again.

It was a match many had tipped as Southampton's chance to finally distance themselves from the all-time Premier League low points record set by Derby County in the 2007/08 season.

But once again, the Saints failed to deliver.
