Mahama pledges to prioritise Ada's development in next NDC government

Flagbearer of the (NDC), , has assured the people of Ada in the Greater Accra Region that his next government will prioritize significant development projects in the region, particularly focusing on improving the road infrastructure in Ada. Speaking during a visit to the palace of the Paramount Chief of Ada, Djetse Nene Abram Kabu Akuaku III, Mr. Mahama emphasized Ada's importance as an economic hub, particularly due to its thriving salt industry. He noted that enhancing the roads around the salt mines and investing in the local infrastructure will not only boost the efficiency and output of the salt industry but also contribute to the overall economic growth of the region and the country.
"Ada is a crucial economic center for Ghana, and it's time we invest in it accordingly," Mahama stated. "By improving the roads and infrastructure around the salt mines, we can significantly enhance the economic potential of this industry, which in turn will benefit the entire nation."
The former president also reassured the people of Ada that their needs would not be neglected under his administration. He committed to ensuring that the development projects in Ada would receive the attention and resources necessary to uplift the community.
