A strange skin disease is rapidly spreading through the small community of Avetakpo in the Ho West District, leaving residents urgently calling for medical intervention.
Out of a population of just over 200, nearly 30 individuals-including children as young as one-have been affected by the disease.
The cause remains unknown.
Although health officials visited the community last week, no follow-up action has been taken, raising growing concern in the community.
