A joint team of National Security operatives, Police, and Military personnel have arrested a Nigerian businessman, Ben Peters, at the Aurora Apartments in Kanda, Accra, following a tense standoff near the Jubilee House.
The operation, led by Richard Jakpa and the Deputy Director of Operations at the Presidency, Mustapha Gbande, was carried out after Mr.
Peters and a group of unidentified armed men allegedly blocked the entrance to the residential complex with their vehicles, preventing access for other residents.
Confirming the incident, Mustapha Gbande stated, "He has blocked the place such that no individual can go in or come out.
