A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, is advocating for relocating the Kumasi Central Prisons from Adum.
He made this known while advocating for better conditions for inmates.
To the man popularly known as Chairman Coka, it is imperative that the conditions of the inmates are improved.
Adding that the name must be changed from prison to correctional centre.
