The Peasant Farmers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has pledged to support the government's agricultural transformative agenda in the quest to boost agricultural productivity in the country.

To this end, the PFAG would continue to foster a healthy relationship with Mr Peter Boamah-Otokunor, the Director of Agriculture and Agribusiness on Presidential Initiatives at the presidency.

Mr Wepia Addo Awal Adugwal, the President of the PFAG, said this during a meeting with the Director at his office in Accra.

The meeting centred on how the government would extend support to the PFAG to make the transformational agenda in modernising agriculture as agribusiness a reality.
