Samuel Dubik Mahama, a former Manager Director of the Electricity Company Ghana (ECG), has accused the committee that looked into the matter of some missing ECG containers at the Tema Port of unfair treatment.
He condemned the committee on the grounds that they had cited him in the reports without prior consultation.
He argued that he deserved the right to respond to the allegations directed at him in the document for prior deliberations before conclusions were made on the findings of the report. "I'm here primarily to ensure that I'm not unfairly judged by the public on this issue of supposedly missing containers.
Though I will not speak directly to claims in the reports because I was not consulted by the committee in the first place; I want to declare my innocence in this matter.
