The Member of for Kade, Alexander Agyare, has raised concerns about the 2025 budget, questioning the government's spending priorities.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with GhanaWeb's George Ayisu, he stressed the need for a thorough scrutiny of the budget statement to understand its full implications. *"All I want Ghanaians to know is that GH¢2.7 billion has been allocated to government machinery in the 2025 budget, whereas our colleagues fought us over GH¢320 million. "It's up to them to explain it to Ghanaians because Ghanaians didn't vote for them to allocate the monies to themselves.
