The legal team representing former Director of the National Signal Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu Boahene, has strongly rejected attempts to portray him and his wife, Angela Adjei Boateng, as common criminals.
In a statement signed by his lawyer, Samuel Atta Akyea, the defence maintained that Mr.
Boahene, a former high-ranking official with extensive international connections, and his wife, a successful businesswoman, should not be subjected to public ridicule and unjust treatment. "Mr.
Kwabena Adu Boahene cannot be called a common criminal, and neither can his wife, Angela Adjei Boateng.
