Ken Ofori-Atta, former Finance Minister has sued the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) for declaring him wanted.
This follows the OSP's declaration of the former minister wanted and a fugitive in February this year.
Ofori-Atta therefore wants the court to prevent the OSP from reissuing the declaration, which he claims is unjustified.
The former minister has denied the allegations, maintaining that he has cooperated with the investigation through his legal representatives.
