Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku says he'll relish any opportunities afforded to him after he was elected as an Executive Council Member (ExCo) by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Wednesday.

Okraku became only the sixth Ghanaian to hold the position, following in the footsteps of Ohene Djan, Kobina Hagan, Nana Fredua Mensah, Samuel Okyere, and Kwesi Nyantakyi.

Okraku, who contested on the ticket of WAFU B, has been heading the GFA since 2019.

Under his administration, the Black Stars have featured in the 2019 and 2023 AFCONs, plus the 2022 World Cup.
